Alexa EPS provides electrical, solar, fire alarm, HVAC, energy, and related business services. Specific project scope, pricing, payment terms, schedules, warranties, and other job-specific terms may be governed by a separate estimate, proposal, contract, invoice, or written agreement. If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding that project, the project-specific agreement controls.

Authorized Integrations

Our digital services may integrate with third-party platforms, including Intuit QuickBooks. You may connect such services only when you have authority to grant access to the applicable account or company data. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate permissions and for the accuracy of information supplied through connected services.

Your use of Intuit or QuickBooks products remains subject to Intuit’s applicable terms and policies. Alexa EPS is responsible for its own services and does not control the availability or operation of third-party platforms.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our website, applications, or integrations to violate law; gain unauthorized access to systems or data; interfere with security or operation; transmit malicious code; impersonate another person or organization; or misuse information obtained through the services.
